This stunning cut of Turquoise has been set in a custom made Sterling Silver “Loop” style setting - I chose slightly larger size cuts of my favorite turquoise for this design and paired them with a large 14 gauge Loop style bail to add a bit more of the treasury sterling silver weighted look to the piece. Each come on a sterling silver box chain, 18 or 20 inch. Each of these stones were beauties that I saved to be stand out in their own — to give the “Renewal” collection a selection of beautiful chunky turquoise stones to bring along for the new year.

1. Silver: Every piece of Jewelry from Halibou Studio is handcrafted with a combination between fine + sterling silver. Over time, with exposure to different elements, the silver will begin to tarnish. To restore the shine of the silver you can use a sunshine cloth to quickly hand polish your piece.
2. Stones: Depending on the stone of your piece, it can very well change color over time when exposed to water, perspiration, heat, lotions, soap, makeup + more. This is especially true with genuine, natural turquoise. Some folks don’t mind the change of color and love wearing their piece through it all. If you would like the stone to hold its “original” colors, remove the jewelry before swimming, washing the dishes, showering, etc.
