This “Of the World” Western Bolo is the 6th of its kind — finally the classic style Bolos will be offered by Halibou Studio! So excited about these and so much fun to make 😍Match this clean yet rugged and statement-y piece with your best dress up attire, denim, leather, you name it. It’s meant to go along for the ride with ya no matter what you may be up to. I wanted this piece to be extra special and decided I would use one of the only cuts of this stunning form in Lace Agate — a stone that is becoming a new favorite of mine 😍 If you look closely you can see a marking within the Blue Jasper that shows a rich brown matrix — the sort of appearance of crossing paths among a beautiful dusty slate blue for the feel of this beautiful stone. from the elements that make up our world, this beautiful stone developed as you see it and struck as a beautiful piece to adorn the body with. This piece is set in a custom made sterling silver setting with two backside bolo holds soldered on. These holds help hold the leather tight so that you can slide the piece up and down for the desired length of where you would like the piece to be centered. Last but not least, the leather is finished off with two sterling silver bolo tips to secure the piece from falling apart and to add a bit of extra silvery detail 🤍✨⚒️ Length of piece is 36 inches. 1. Silver: Every piece of Jewelry from Halibou Studio is handcrafted with a combination between fine + sterling silver. Over time, with exposure to different elements, the silver will begin to tarnish. To restore the shine of the silver you can use a sunshine cloth to quickly hand polish your piece.
2. Stones: Depending on the stone of your piece, it can very well change color over time when exposed to water, perspiration, heat, lotions, soap, makeup + more. This is especially true with genuine, natural turquoise. Some folks don’t mind the change of color and love wearing their piece through it all. If you would like the stone to hold its “original” colors, remove the jewelry before swimming, washing the dishes, showering, etc.
